AMT 0731C - Aviation Maintenance Technology Airframe II
Prerequisite(s): AMT 0708C and AMT 0709C Corequisite(s): AMT 0730C and AMT 0732C Designed to introduce skills and the necessary knowledge and understanding of aircraft finishes and fabric covering, wood structures, waste & water systems, manufacture and repair of non-metallic structures, and introduction to aircraft welding techniques. Upon completion, students should be able to repair fabric surfaces and apply finishing materials, make repairs to wood structures, identify, and have knowledge of waste & water systems, identify various welding methods to include proper welds and substandard welds, and repair non-metallic structures.
