The Associate in Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management provides students with a broad foundation in all areas of management in the lodging, restaurant, hospitality, and tourism industry and prepares students to seek employment in various hospitality/tourism fields. Each student is strongly encouraged to consult an advisor prior to course registration.
