Technical Certificate - Early Childhood Development Specialization

The Technical Certificate in Early Childhood Development Specialization is a 36 hour college credit program designed to prepare students as entry level teachers in a child care or pre-school program. Upon completion of this program, students will have earned their Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) along with Preschool and Infant/Toddler specialization certificates. This program is composed of selected college credit courses offered within the Associate in Science degree in Early Childhood and will count toward that degree. Selected credits can also count toward the Associate in Arts degree, Early Childhood Teacher Pre-Primary Advising Track. Each student is strongly encouraged to consult an advisor prior to course registration.
