Business and Management Advanced Technical Certificate Programs
An Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC) is a program of study for a student who has completed an associate degree and chooses to obtain additional skills. Each baccalaureate level ATC includes between 24 and 33 credit hours of coursework, the majority of which are at the baccalaureate level, that articulate into the Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management degree.

The Advanced Technical Certificate in Human Resources Management is designed for the student with an interest in increasing his or her knowledge in issues related to human resources and management. Admission requires an associate degree from a regionally-accredited college. The preferred academic pathway into this ATC is the Associate in Science in Business Administration. Any applicant from any other academic pathway will be required to complete MNA 1300 - Human Resource Management , MAN 2021 - Principles of Management , and COM 2100 - Business Communications prior to enrolling in this program.
