DEA 1805 - Clinical Practice I


Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Dental Assisting Technology and Management program and completion of the program’s semester one core courses, with a C or better.
Corequisite(s): None
The student will gain theoretical knowledge of background materials and assisting procedures involved in each dental specialty. Topics include but are not limited to instrument identification for specialty practices, professional demeanor, human relations in the dental office, and oral pathology.
