DEA 1052 - Nitrous Oxide Monitoring


Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Dental Assisting Technology and Management program and completion of the program’s semester one core courses, with a C or better.
Corequisite(s): None
The student will gain theoretical knowledge regarding pharmacological agents used in dentistry for local anesthesia and pain control, including monitoring nitrous-oxide conscious sedation.
