AFR 2132 - TThe Development of Air Power II

This course is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of both leadership and team building. Students will apply leadership perspectives when completing team building activities, discussing conflict management, human relations, stress management and resiliency, and ethical decision-making. Students should demonstrate basic verbal and written communication skills. Cadets will apply these lessons at Field Training.
