RET 2878L - Respiratory Clinic V

Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or better in RET 2714C, RET 2877L, and RET 2930
Corequisite(s): None
Allows the student to demonstrate mastery in continuous patient monitoring, mechanical ventilation, airway management, intubation, suctioning, 0₂ therapy, EKG’s, and ABG’s. Simulation will be utilized to enhance learning and achieve course objectives while applying procedural knowledge gained. Elective rotations will be determined by the instructor and student and is subject to approval of the director of clinical education.
