SPC 1608 - Public Speaking

This rhetoric-based course examines the concepts of speech communication via lecture, discussion, and practical experiences in public speaking, small group discussion and problem-solving, and comprehensive and critical listening. This is a speaking-intensive course, and participation may include original research, writing, and delivery of several types of formal speeches, discussions, and critical analysis and evaluation of other speakers.
