PRN 0291C - Medical Surgical Nursing II


Prerequisite(s):  Acceptance into the Practical Nursing program and completion of the program’s semester one and two core courses, with a C or better. 
 
Corequisite(s): None
Introduces the student to the proper care of surgical patients with a gastrointestinal, neurological, urinary, reproductive, or oncologic disease/disorder. Demonstrates how to care for pre-operative and post-operative patients utilizing nursing principles.
