PHT 2301 - Pathological Conditions in Physical Therapy I


Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Physical Therapist Assistant program and completion of the program’s semester one and two core courses, with a C or better. 
Corequisite(s): None
Discussion of special topics related to the practice of physical therapy. The pathology and medical management of special patient populations including patients with cardiorespiratory dysfunction, diabetic patients, the geriatric population, and arthritic patients. Pediatric experiences will be incorporated into the class.
