MEA 0573C - Laboratory Procedures



Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Medical Assisting program and completion of the program’s semester one core courses, with a C or better. 
 
Corequisite(s): None
Introduces the Medical Assisting students to the foundational understanding emergency preparedness and protective practices, diagnostic laboratory procedures, clinical microscopy techniques and procedures, basic office examination procedures, treatment of minor injuries, and basic diagnostic medical assisting procedures.
