EET 2141C - Electronic Devices and Integrated Circuits I


Prerequisite(s): EET 1025C  
Corequisite(s): None
Provides the student with a theory-lab course covering electronic semiconductors and basic circuit applications. Topics include the theory and operation of diodes and rectifiers, single-stage amplifiers, transistors, and special devices such as LED’s, optocouplers, unijunction transistors, and basic integrated circuits.
Semester Hours: 3 credit hours
